Amritpal Singh will be able to meet the family under the conditions of parole, cannot leave Delhi
New Delhi: Khadoor Sahib MP Amritpal Singh, who is lodged in Assam’s Dibrugarh jail under the National Security Act (NSA), will be allowed to meet his family members during parole but will not be allowed to leave Delhi.
Amritpal Singh is being brought to Delhi from Assam on parole to take oath as an MP. Amritpal Singh was arrested on April 23 last year.
As per the conditions of the parole orders issued by the District Magistrate, Amritsar, Amritpal Singh or any of his relatives or family members will not be able to make any statement in the media during his stay in the national capital.
Amritpal Singh is scheduled to take oath as an MP on Friday. A total of ten conditions have been prescribed under parole.
