CM Bhagwant Mann becomes active for Lok Sabha elections, holds meeting with candidates
Chandigarh: Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann held meetings with the candidates from the Patiala and Faridkot Lok Sabha constituencies, as well as the MLAs from both constituencies, at his residence in Chandigarh.
He collaborated with the candidates and MLAs to formulate the election strategy. Balbir Singh, the candidate from the Patiala Lok Sabha constituency, Karamjit Singh Anmol, the candidate from the Faridkot Lok Sabha constituency, along with all MLAs from both constituencies, were in attendance.
Bhagwant Mann stressed that party leaders should actively engage in their candidates’ election campaigns. He highlighted that during the two-year tenure of the state government, significant accomplishments in the public interest were achieved, surpassing what was accomplished in the last 70 years.
The Chief Minister encouraged candidates to promote the state government’s work from the past two years to the public, expressing confidence in AAP’s significant victory in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, similar to the historic victory in the 2022 assembly elections.
AAP candidate Dr. Balbir Singh, Karamjit Anmol, and other MLAs informed the Chief Minister about their grassroots efforts, conducting meetings in villages and raising awareness about the Punjab government’s achievements.
They reported receiving an overwhelmingly positive response and expressed certainty that no other party would stand a chance in Punjab.
