Ravneet Bittu likely to get Union Ministry in Modi government

Chandigarh: According to sources, Ravneet Bittu, who lost the election from Ludhiana, may also be included in the Union Cabinet. Former Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar and his Karnataka counterpart Basavaraj Bommai have also been invited to take the oath as ministers.

Other former ministers likely to find a place in Modi government 3.0 include Nirmala Sitharaman, Nitin Gadkari, Piyush Goyal, Pralhad Joshi, Arjun Meghwal, Rao Inderjit, Jyotiraditya Scindia, and Jitendra Singh. Some new names include North West Delhi MP Kamaljit Sehrawat and Maharashtra’s Raksha Khadse. Tamil Nadu BJP president K. Annamalai is also likely to receive a ministerial berth. Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, S. Jaishankar, Hardeep Puri, and Ashwini Vaishnaw are expected to be retained in the Union Cabinet, sources said.
