Second day of Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ begins in Punjab
Chandigarh: Today is the second day of senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ in Punjab.
The Bharat Jodo Yatra has started from Doraha in Khanna. The yatra will reach Samrala Chowk without stopping. The yatra will not be taken out tomorrow due to Lohri.
Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) president Amrinder Singh Raja Warring tweeted the route of the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ on January 12.
By 12 noon, the yatra will cover a distance of up to 25 km.
Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’, which started from Kanyakumari, started from Fatehgarh Sahib in Punjab. Several Congress leaders from Punjab also joined the yatra. Earlier, Rahul Gandhi reached Amritsar on Tuesday before starting the Bharat Jodo Yatra and paid obeisance at the Golden Temple.
