Jalandhar News: After a meeting with the Chief Minister in Chandigarh today, farmer unions have decided to lift the sit-in on the Jalandhar-Ludhiana highway for the last four days. Traffic on this highway will resume shortly after the farmers lift the sit-in.
This will provide relief to the passers-by from the itching. Farmer leader Balwinder Singh Malinangal said that the government has agreed to almost all their demands and soon they are going to make an announcement in this regard.
