Canada Travel Advisory: Canada issued this advisory for its citizens, read the full matter here
Punjab E News: The diplomatic dispute between India and Canada is increasing. In Canada, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau accused India of killing Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar and expelled an Indian diplomat. In response, India also expelled a Canadian diplomat.
This was followed by two major incidents last night. In view of the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir, Canada has asked its citizens not to go there. It has also said that there is a risk of terrorism and kidnapping.
Apart from this, it has also been advised not to go to Assam and Manipur. This is an advisory issued earlier.
In addition, Canada’s largest newspaper ‘Toronto Star’ has released Trudeau’s statement. It said the Canadian government does not want to escalate tensions with India but India has to take these issues seriously.
“We don’t want to escalate tensions in this,” the Canadian prime minister said. We have put forward some facts. We want to work with the Government of India on this issue so that everything can be cleared.
