CM Mann to visit Faridkot today to inaugurate projects worth crores
Mohali: Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann is scheduled to visit Faridkot today. He will be inaugurating multi-purpose health and public welfare schemes worth crores. The main convention with the Chief Minister will take place at the premises of Baba Farid University and Guru Gobind Singh Medical College Hospital.
There is considerable enthusiasm among Aam Aadmi Party workers for Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s visit to Faridkot after a long period. CM Mann is expected to arrive in Faridkot around 12 noon.
The Chief Minister’s itinerary includes inaugurating the multi-crore MCH block at Guru Gobind Singh Medical College Hospital and the appointment of 250 nursing staff. Additionally, he will inaugurate other projects, including a sewerage line and sewerage treatment plant that have been under construction in Faridkot city since 2016.
