Decision of purchasing Goindwal thermal plant ignites new hope among people of Punjab

Goindwal Sahib (Tarn Taran): While the people are pleased with the Punjab government’s decision to purchase a private company’s thermal plant, it has also instilled hope in them to bolster the public sector.

Sukhpal Singh of Khemkaran, who attended the state-level function, expressed his joy over Chief Minister Punjab Bhagwant Singh Mann and Chief Minister Delhi Arvind Kejriwal’s decision to rechristen the thermal plant in Goindwal Sahib after the revered third Guru, Sri Guru Amar Das Ji, as Sri Guru Amar Das Thermal Plant. He said that this move would not only contribute to providing affordable power to the state’s consumers but also enhance electricity availability.

Similarly, Charanbir Singh of Khemkaran said that the Punjab government’s decision to acquire the Goindwal Power Plant from the private company GVK is historic. By renaming the plant as Sri Guru Amar Das Thermal Plant Goindwal and dedicating it to the people of Punjab, the government has scripted a history.

Likewise, Rajinder Singh from Village Warian Purana of Khadoor Sahib expressed optimism that the Punjab Government’s acquisition of this thermal plant would create new job opportunities for the youth of Punjab, enabling them to become equal partners in the state’s progress and prosperity.

Rashpal Singh of Khadoor Sahib commended the developmental efforts undertaken by the Punjab government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, asserting that this project would herald a new era of advancement and revitalization for the constituency.

Similarly, Baljit Singh of Tarn Taran praised the thermal plant dedicated to the people of Punjab and said that Punjab is fortunate to have a highly capable Chief Minister. He expressed admiration for the Chief Minister’s integrity and appreciated the commendable initiative for the development of the Khadoor Sahib Lok Sabha constituency.

In a similar vein, Rangpreet Singh of Tarn Taran lauded the government’s efforts, affirming that Punjab is advancing on the path of progress under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann. He said that the Chief Minister’s dedication to development across all sectors of the state and underscored the collective aspiration of every citizen for Punjab’s advancement, with the Punjab government playing a pivotal role in this progress.

However, Angrez Singh of Tarn Taran said that with the inauguration of the thermal plant project, the landscape of Khadoor Sahib Lok Sabha constituency will undergo a transformation, attributing this progressive vision to Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann. He said that CM Mann has been working for the welfare of the since he formed the government in the state.

Meanwhile, Ranjit Singh said that Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s leadership is pivotal in progress of Punjab. He said that the visionary CM receives unwavering support from every resident of the state.

Ranjit Singh Banwalipur said that today’s state level programme has proved that Punjab is now on the path of progress and this progress is not going to stop now under the leadership of CM Bhagwant Singh Mann.

Bachittar Singh of Tarn Taran expressed gratitude, stating that for the first time, a government has truly listened to people and CM Bhagwant Singh Mann has been dedicatedly working for development of the state, thereby, the people of Khadoor Sahib Lok Sabha constituency will always remain indebted to him.
