Disproportionate asserts, Vigilance launches probe against former Congress MLA

Former Congress MLA from Rajpura, Hardial Singh Kamboj, seems to be embroiled in a controversy again. Now the Vigilance has started an investigation against him for amassing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.  According to sources, Hardial Singh Kamboj was summoned to the Vigilance office but got entangled in the FIR against Kamboj and his son after a journalist from Rajpura committed suicide recently.

According to vigilance sources, in the initial investigation of Hardial Singh Kamboj by the Vigilance, it has been found that he has amassed assets disproportionate to his income, for which he was summoned to the Vigilance Office. 

Meanwhile, sources have also claimed that the vigilance is also investigating the seizure of a spurious liquor factory at Rajpura during captain’s Congress government.
