Punjab Government standing by business community amid festival season- Amritpal Singh

Jalandhar News: Chairman the District Planning Committee, Amritpal Singh today assured traders that the Punjab Government is committed to safeguarding their interests, particularly during the festival season. The Chairman emphasized that the government stands firmly with the business community, pledging to address any challenges they face promptly. Reaffirming prior directives, he highlighted that the state had instructed taxation officials to avoid causing unnecessary hassle for shopkeepers and traders, especially around Diwali. “The AAP Government in Punjab remains committed to the business community, and all issues affecting them will be resolved as a top priority,” stated Mr. Singh. He also noted that officials have been directed to assist shopkeepers and traders, ensuring a smooth and prosperous festival season. This proactive stance by the government aims to create a supportive environment for businesses during one of the busiest periods of the year.
