Finance Minister Harpal Cheema appears before Moga court in a defamation case
Punjab News: State Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema today appeared before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Shilpi Gupta at Moga. Harjot appeared in a defamation suit filed by former MLA Dr. Harjot Kamal.
Advocate Nirpal Singh Dhaliwal, Advocate Barinderpal Singh Ratia and Ravinderpal Singh Ratia appeared before the court on behalf of Finance Minister Harpal Cheema to pursue the case.
The court listed the matter for further hearing on August 4, he said. On the other hand, former MLA Dr. Harjot Kamal was also present in the court along with his lawyer Hardeep Singh Lodhi.
