FIR against Punjab Congress MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira, booked on complaint by SDM Bholath
Punjab News: A case has been registered against Sukhpal Singh Khaira, chairman of the All India Kisan Committee and Congress MLA from Sub-Division Bholath, in Punjab’s Kapurthala district.
A case has been registered on the complaint of SDM Bholath Sanjeev Kumar at a local police station.
In his complaint to the police, SDM Bholath said that on March 29, Sukhpal Khaira along with his colleagues reached his office with a complaint about crop damage and threatened him and forcibly made it live on Facebook.
A case under Sections 186, 189, 342, 500 and 506 of the INDIAN Penal Code (IPC) has been registered against Khaira.
