Fire breaks out in Faridkot hospital: Smoke spreads in entire building

Chandigarh: A massive fire broke out at Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital in Faridkot, Punjab on Friday afternoon.

On seeing the fire, there was chaos among the patients and attendants. Smoke spread throughout the building. After this, the hospital staff informed the police and fire brigade.

The staff took out the patients admitted to the hospital safely as a precaution. At the moment, it is feared that the fire in the building is caused by a short circuit.
