Former SAD MLA Virsa Singh Valtoha acquitted in six-year-old case

Amritsar: Senior Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Virsa Singh Valtoha has been acquitted by a Tarn Taran court in a six-year-old case.

After the formation of captain Amarinder Singh’s government in 2017, Congress worker Tejpreet Singh Peter Bhikhiwind had filed a case under Section 189 at Sadar Tarn Taran.
The court of CJM Tarn Taran Rajesh Ahluwalia has acquitted Valtoha accepting the arguments of advocate JS Dhillon.
