Chandigarh News: The Punjab and Haryana High Court has issued a notice to the Punjab government on the petition of Sukhpal Singh Khaira. The court has directed the government to file a reply by tomorrow.
The petition has sought quashing of Khaira’s FIR citing his arrest as illegal. Sukhpal Singh Khaira has been arrested in an NDPS case. He was arrested recently in a drug case under the Act.
