India-Afghanistan T20 match on January 11 in Mohali: After this international matches will be held in New Chandigarh

A T20 match between India and Afghanistan is scheduled for January 11 in Mohali, adjacent to Chandigarh. This match might mark the final international event at Mohali’s IS Bindra Cricket Stadium, as the new stadium of the Punjab Cricket Association stands ready in New Chandigarh. 
     Ranji and Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy matches have previously taken place here, and soon, international matches will be hosted in this new stadium.
      The construction of the Punjab Cricket Stadium in New Chandigarh has been completed, making it fully equipped to host international matches. 
     Punjab Cricket Association secretary Dilsher Khanna mentioned that BCCI officials will soon conduct a final survey of the stadium. Following approval from the BCCI, all future matches will be held in the new stadium, which boasts modern facilities.
