Jalandhar West By-Election: Congress candidate Surinder Kaur and AAP candidate Mohinder Bhagat file nominations

Jalandhar: Congress candidate Surinder Kaur filed her nomination papers on the last day of filing of nominations for the by-election to Jalandhar West Assembly seat. Punjab Pradesh Congress President and MP Amrinder Singh Raja Warring, Urban President Rajinder Beri, MLA Shahkot Hardev Singh Ladi, MLA Adampur Sukhwinder Kotli and others were present on the occasion.

After the nomination, a program was held in Congress Bhawan Jalandhar in which CLP leader Partap Singh Bajwa, MP Jalandhar Charanjit Singh Channi and other big leaders were present.

On Friday, AAP candidate Mohinder Bhagat also filed his nomination. Finance Minister Punjab Harpal Singh Cheema, Minister Aman Arora, MP Hoshiarpur Dr Raj Kumar Chabbewal and Jalandhar Lok Sabha candidate Pawan Tinu were present on the occasion.
