Faridkot News: In the FIR no. 192 of the Kotkapura firing case, the SIT has submitted a 22-page supplementary challan in the Faridkot court.
The challan has been filed against the already named police officers under sections 118 and 119. There are allegations of ignoring the facts.
The matter will now be heard on September 16.
The SIT has filed a charge sheet against the then SHO City Kotkapura Gurdeep Singh, the then SSP Sukhmander Singh Mann, the then IG Paramraj Umranangal and the then DGP Sumedh Singh Saini.
