Man duped of Rs 17 lakh on pretext of sending him abroad in Moga
Moga News: A man was allegedly duped of Rs 17 lakh on the pretext of sending him abroad, police said on Sunday. On the basis of the complaint, the police have registered a case of fraud against the accused and started further investigation.
Giving information, investigating officer Baljinder Singh said that Rajdeep Singh, resident of village Samadhi Bhai, had complained that Pradeep Kaur, wife of Rajdeep Kaur, a resident of village Patto Hira Singh, had duped him of Rs 17 lakh on the pretext of sending him abroad. After a long time, neither sent me abroad nor returned the money.
