MP, MLA and DC participate in Shobha Yatra

Jalandhar News: Member Parliament Sushil Kumar Rinku , MLA Sheetal Angural and Deputy commissioner Vishesh sarangal today participated in Shobha Yatra to mark the 647th birth anniversary of Guru Ravidas ji in Jalandhar city .

Congratulating the people on this auspicious day , they urged the people to follow the path shown by Guru Ravidas ji for the welfare of humanity .

MP Rinku said that the gospels of Guru Ravidas ji even more relevant in this modern era as the principals of equality given by Guru Ravidas ji was the only way to uplift the downtrodden section of society .

MLA Sheetal Angural while congratulating the devotees during Shobha Yatra said that the “ we all should follow the teachings of Guru Ravidas ji in our life in true spirit and manner “.

While Deputy commissioner said that the district administration has made adequate arrangements for the smooth conduct of Shobha Yatra so that people would be able to participate in large no in Shobha Yatra besides observing Birth anniversary of Guru Ravidas ji with full religious fervour.
