‘Not true’: US police denies murder reports of gangster Goldy Brar

Washington: The news of the death of the notorious gangster and declared terrorist Goldy Brar turned out to be fake. Throughout Wednesday, there were rumors circulating about the gangster’s demise in US, but it could not be officially confirmed.

An American channel reported Goldy’s death, citing US police officer Leslie Williams, who mentioned that two individuals were admitted to the hospital, one of whom had passed away. However, it remained unclear whether it was Goldy Brar.

Later that night, the Fresno police of California refuted this news. In an email, Lt. William J. Dooley said that two young men were shot outside the Fairmont Hotel in California on Tuesday. One succumbed to his injuries, while the other was discharged after treatment.

Additionally, the US intelligence agency FBI has arrested two individuals in connection with the shootout, identified as Husndeep Singh and Pavitr Singh. The officer claimed that the deceased young man was not Goldy Brar.

It is reported that after the incident at the Fairmont Hotel, African youths opened fire on individuals of their own origin, leading to their escape. Subsequently, a Punjabi passerby mistook the African youth for Goldy Brar, sparking rumors of the notorious gangster’s demise.
