Punjab Apartment Property Regulation Bill introduced in House

Chandigarh: On the second day of the monsoon session of the Punjab Assembly today, CM Bhagwant Mann introduced the Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Amendment Bill 2024 in the House. He said that he proposes that the bill be considered immediately.

To put it simply, it’s an NOC bill. The colonies that were built, but later it has been found that they are illegal. There are no meters installed in them, there is no water connection. Also, people have problems.
