Punjab Home Secretary, DGP appear in Punjab High Court in drug trial case
Punjab News: Punjab DGP Dinkar Gupta today appeared before the Punjab and Haryana High Court in connection with a drug case. “It appears that the Punjab government is not taking any action on the drug case. The court also said, “It seems as if the Punjab Police is also hand in glove with the drug mafia. “
“Your DGP is completely ineffective and so is the government,” the court told the public prosecutor. “First apologise and then take immediate action,” the court said. “Now the government should not give an assurance to the court, it should do something,” the court ruled out.
