Rise in Covid-19 cases, woman dies of corona in Chandigarh

Chandigarh: One more death occurred from Corona in Chandigarh on Sunday. This is the second death from Corona in the last one month.
The deceased was identified as an 88-year-old woman. She succumbed to her injuries while undergoing treatment at GMSH-16.
She had coronary artery disease, respiratory disease, high blood pressure and kidney disease along with Corona. The special thing is that she had got all the doses of the vaccine.
The corona cases have started increasing rapidly in the city. On Sunday, five new cases of corona were reported in the city. With this, the number of active patients increased to 32. All of the new patients are women.
In the last 24 hours, 329 corona samples were tested. Experts say that this pace of Corona is worrisome because at present, flu is also becoming more in people due to weather changes.
In such a situation, people are instructed to consult a doctor if there is a cough, cold, fever.
