Youth dies after shooting self in Golden Temple premises

Amritsar: A young man shot himself in the Golden Temple complex in Amritsar. The injured youth has been admitted to Sri Guru Nanak Dev Hospital for treatment. He died during treatment.

According to the information, a VIP had arrived to pay obeisance at the Golden Temple. With whom the gunmen were present. The VIPs went inside to pay obeisance and the gunmen stayed outside near the corridor.

At this time, the young man came running and snatched the gunman’s pistol and shot himself. The police is investigating the case. Police are trying to identify the deceased.
