Punjab E News: Delhi’s air quality was recorded in the ‘poor’ category this morning but is expected to improve during the day as the wind speed is favourable. According to the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, Punjab recorded 141 incidents of stubble burning on Tuesday, while only four incidents were reported on Monday. A total of 2,467 incidents of stubble burning were reported in Punjab on Saturday.
