700 students to face deportation in Canada: Punjab to take up matter with Cente: Minister Cheema

Chandigarh: The Punjab Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema on Friday said that after the matter came to notice, the Punjab government have issued directions to the concerned officials take stern action in this case.

Replying to a media query, Cheema said that the state government will take up the matter with Centre government to secure future of students.
He said that local administration and police will take appropriate action against wrongdoer agents and no one will be allowed to play with future of students.
