AAP MLA Kunwar Vijay Pratap again raises questions over investigation into Behbal Kalan firing incident
Amritsar: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA from Amritsar North, Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh, has once again questioned the investigation into the Behbal Kalan firing incident in Punjab. He directly accused the Inquiry Committee (SIT) and government advocates, stating that the decision in this firing case would rest in the court of Guru Gobind Singh ji, and the battle would persist.
Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh raised queries about the SIT and government witnesses through posts on his social media account. He tweeted, ‘Who holds responsibility for the Behbal Kalan firing incident? Why is there political involvement in the approver issue now, three years later? The former government approved it, and the High Court rejected the convicts’ application on July 4, 2022, regarding this matter.
