AAP secures mayoral post in Patiala

Chandigarh: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has achieved a significant victory in Patiala, Punjab, with Kundan Gogia unanimously elected as the city’s mayor.

Harinder Koli and Jagdeep Jagga were also elected as Senior Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayor, respectively.

The announcement was made in the presence of AAP State President Aman Arora and Health Minister Balbir Singh. Speaking on the occasion, Gogia assured that the party would prioritize the development of Patiala and fulfill the promises made during the elections.

AAP President Aman Arora highlighted that the party had recently secured leadership in municipal councils across eight cities in Punjab. He expressed optimism that AAP’s leadership in Patiala would usher in a new era of urban development for the state.
