Bhagwant Mann holds roadshow for AAP candidates in Amritsar

Chandigarh: Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann conducted a roadshow in Amritsar today, rallying support for Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidates contesting the upcoming municipal corporation elections.

Addressing the gathering, Mann highlighted the government’s efforts toward the development of Guru Ki Nagari and urged Punjabi youth to stay in the state instead of seeking opportunities abroad.

He assured residents of initiatives like introducing electric buses, improving the city’s sewerage system, and enhancing the tourism sector. Mann also pledged to provide job opportunities on a merit basis to retain young talent in Punjab, envisioning a vibrant “Rangla Punjab.”

Without naming his political opponents, Mann criticized their internal conflicts, stating, “One has left in the middle, and the other is busy fighting among themselves.”

The roadshow witnessed the participation of AAP Punjab president Aman Arora, cabinet ministers, MLAs, and candidates contesting the municipal elections in Amritsar.
