Bharat Inder Chahal summoned by Vigilance for 10th time
Chandigarh: Bharat Inder Singh Chahal, who was an advisor to former Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh, has been summoned again by the Punjab Vigilance. This is the tenth time he has been summoned by the vigilance. Chahal will be questioned by the vigilance in connection with the disproportionate assets case.
Chahal’s anticipatory bail plea has been rejected by the court. The vigilance investigation team has asked Chahal to record the property built in the last 6 years.
The vigilance has issued notices to Chahal ten times from time to time to join the investigation. But neither has he responded to any notice nor has he reached the vigilance office to join the investigation.
