Case registered against pastor Bajinder Singh for molestation in Kapurthala

Chandigarh: Kapurthala police have registered a molestation case against well-known pastor Bajinder Singh following a complaint by a woman. The victim alleged that Singh, who runs a Christian satsang under the name ‘The Church of Glory and Wisdom’ in Tajpur village, Jalandhar, had been harassing her for years.

According to the complaint, the victim’s parents began attending the church in October 2017, during which Singh took her phone number.

She alleged that he later sent inappropriate messages and made advances. In 2022, the pastor reportedly began calling her alone to a church cabin on Sundays, where he allegedly molested her. The victim stated that she was terrified and feared for her life and her family’s safety.

She further warned that if any harm came to her, her parents, husband, or brother, Bajinder Singh and Avtar Singh would be responsible. Based on her complaint, police have registered a case against Bajinder Singh, a resident of New Chandigarh.

Singh has been associated with several Bollywood celebrities, with his events often featuring film industry figures.
