Mohali: Tensions flared on Tuesday as clashes broke out between Kaumi Insaaf Morcha leaders and Chandigarh Police near the Punjab-Chandigarh border.

The incident, which occurred near Sector 43 in Chandigarh, resulted in injuries to several police personnel and the detention of multiple protesters.

The Insaaf Morcha, joined by farmers, was reportedly marching toward the residence of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. A heavy police deployment had been made to stop the protesters.
