CM meets Agniveer Ajay’s family in Khanna, Hand over cheque of Rs 1 crore

Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann visited Agniveer Ajay Singh’s house on Thursday, assuring family members of all possible help.

During this visit, he presented a cheque of one crore rupees to support the martyr’s family. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann expressed that the nation will forever be indebted to the martyr who sacrificed his life in service to the country.

Mann emphasized that while the loss is irreplaceable and cannot be compensated, it is our duty to honor the martyr and provide financial security to the family.

He stressed that martyrs don’t belong to a specific family or state but to the entire community, emphasizing that there should be no categorization in martyrdom; a martyr is a martyr.

The state government pledges unwavering support to the family during this difficult time and is committed to offering all possible assistance.
