‘CM Window’ to be opened in each DC office of Punjab to facilitate people: CM Mann
Chandigarh: People in Punjab will no longer have to go to government offices and face delays. Their work will be completed in due time. To facilitate this, the Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that Assistance Center, or CM Window, will be set up in every district.
It will serve as a point where individuals can file their complaints. If a complaint can be resolved at the district level, it will be handled immediately. If it requires the attention of a minister, it will be sent to the CM dashboard by the evening. Artificial Intelligence will assist in this process.
This initiative will be monitored by officers, marshals, and MLAs. CM Bhagwant Mann provided this information after a meeting with the DCs of all the districts on Monday.
He said that if any district-level officer engages in corruption, the DC and SSP will be held responsible. Action will be taken accordingly. The functioning of government offices will be monitored with the help of AI.
