Court allows owner to extract ethanol from the Zira factory
Punjab News: The Zira liquor factory has got relief from HC. The High Court has allowed the removal of ethanol kept in the factory from the factory.
The court also ordered the Punjab government to provide full protection while extracting ethanol. The High Court has given 1 week time to the factory to complete this work. The factory itself had filed an application in the High Court saying that a large amount of ethanol is kept in the factory, which can prove to be very fatal.
He has requested the Punjab government to take out this ethanol in this case, but the government is not accepting his demand.
On the previous hearing, the government had said that they have no objection to this, but how can the goods be allowed to move out if the factory’s excise license has expired. But today the High Court has allowed the factory to remove ethanol kept in the factory.
