District Legal Services Authority organizes awareness programme on International Labour Day

SAS Nagar: District Legal Services Authority, SAS Nagar organized an awareness programme on occasion of International Labour Day in the office of Municipal Corporation, Kharar.

Sh. Baljinder Singh Maan, CJM-cum-Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, SAS Nagar participated in the programme. He made aware the participants about the legislations enacted for the welfare of the workmen and for protection of their rights.

He also apprised them about the availability of free legal services to the workmen as well as about Victim Compensation Schemes and Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism.
