Doctors treating farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal end duties, cite misbehavior concerns
Chandigarh: The medical team from Rajindra Hospital, Patiala, responsible for treating farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal during his fast unto death at the Dhabai Gujjaran (Khanauri) border, has withdrawn from its duties.
The doctors reportedly visited Civil Surgeon Davinderpal Singh and submitted a letter alleging misconduct by farmer leaders.
In their communication, the team cited alleged misbehavior as the reason for their refusal to continue treatment.
However, farmer leaders dismissed the claims, asserting that Dallewal and his associates have maintained a calm demeanor throughout. They described the treating doctors as akin to God in their role, urging for a resolution to the issue.
