Four people booked for posting pictures of weapons on social media
Chandigarh: The Punjab Police has registered a case against four persons, including block samiti chairman and son of senior Congress leader Varinder Pannun, for allegedly displaying pictures of weapons on social media.
Disclosing this here today, SHO Inspector Pradeep Singh Bajwa said that as per the information received, Kuljit Singh, son of Block Samiti Chairman Varinder Pannun, used to put pictures of weapons on his Facebook account and tag his friends and have violated the orders of the District Magistrate Sahib. The police have registered a case against the three.
Similarly, Sukhdev Singh Sukhi, a resident of Harigarh, has also been booked by the police for posting pictures of weapons and further investigation has been initiated
