Giani Harpreet Singh urges youth to engage in panthic politics
Chandigarh: Former Singh Sahib Giani Harpreet Singh has called on the youth to actively participate in Panthic politics. Speaking at a religious function at Gurdwara Sahib in Bhoonarheri, he emphasized the need for Sikh youth to take leadership roles in the community.
The event was organized through the efforts of former Sanaur MLA Harinder Pal Singh Chandu Majra.
During his address, Giani Harpreet Singh, without naming anyone, accused an Akali faction of disregarding the directives of Sri Akal Takht Sahib.
He said that those who defy its orders have never found lasting success or acceptance within the Sikh community. He reiterated that history shows the Sikh Sangat has always followed the guidance of Guru Sahiban and Sri Akal Takht Sahib.
The event marked the launch of a campaign, as announced earlier by former MP Prof. Prem Singh Chandumajra, aimed at restoring the honor and authority of Sri Akal Takht Sahib while uniting Sikh leadership.
Other speakers included Prem Singh Chandumajra, Surjit Singh Rakhra, Harinder Pal Singh Chandumajra, Jarnail Singh Kartarpur, and Jagjit Singh Kohli.
