Haryana govt moves Supreme Court over removal of barricades at Shambhu border
Chandigarh: The Haryana government has moved the Supreme Court challenging the Punjab and Haryana High Court’s order to remove barricades from the Shambhu border within a week.
The state government’s plea, filed through advocate Akshay Amritanshu, referred to the law and order situation to put up barricades.
On July 12, the Court had also directed the Haryana government to open the road by removing barricades from the Shambhu border. It had also questioned the closure of the highway.
