Punjab E News: Heavy rainfall for a past few days has triggered flooding in different parts of the state.
Punjab Police Academy (PAP) in Phillaur Water also entered. At the same time, about two dozen vehicles parked in the parking lot of golf club range were submerged in the water. Punjab Police personnel are evacuating vehicles.
