Holy saroops seized by Qatar police arrives in India

Chandigarh: The two holy saroops of Sri Guru Granth Sahib, which were returned by the local police in the Arab country of Qatar, have reached Amritsar. The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) has taken both the saroops with them and decorated them at Gurdwara Baba Gurbaksh Singh Ji located in the Sri Darbar Sahib group.

SGPC Secretary Partap Singh said that last night it was reported that the persons related to the case were arriving at Sri Guru Ramdas International Airport, Amritsar by air with the holy saroop returned by the Doha police, on which the SGPC immediately took action and took action from the concerned persons from the airport and brought it with dignity and respect by the vehicle of Palki Sahib.

Gurdwara Baba Gurbaksh Singh has been beautified. He said the action was taken on the directions of Akal Takht Jathedar Giani Raghbir Singh and SGPC president Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami.
