Jalandhar schools, colleges to remain closed on February 11

Jalandhar: Deputy Commissioner Dr. Himanshu Agrawal has declared a holiday for all government and private schools and colleges in the district on February 11, 2025, in view of the massive Shobha Yatra marking the Prakash Purb of Sri Guru Ravidas Ji.

The decision has been taken considering religious sentiments and the safety and convenience of students.

However, institutions conducting board or university examinations on the same day will remain open for the scheduled exams.
