Jasvir Singh Garhi appointed chairman of SC Commission Punjab

Chandigarh: The Punjab government has appointed Jasvir Singh Garhi as the chairman of the SC Commission Punjab. The order was issued by V K Singh, principal secretary of the social justice, empowerment, and minorities department.

Garhi, who joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) some time ago, had also campaigned for the party in the Delhi Assembly elections.
