Ludhiana CP meets Hindu right-wing leaders: gunmen allocated to 10 leaders, advised to avoid hate speech

Chandigarh: Four days ago, Shiv Sena Punjab leader Sandeep Thapar was attacked by Nihangs with swords in Ludhiana, Punjab. After this incident, Police Commissioner Kuldeep Chahal held a meeting with Hindu right-wing leaders today. He advised them to avoid hate speeches.

The Commissioner said in the meeting that the atmosphere of the city should be maintained peacefully while respecting all religions.

According to sources, the police administration has returned the gunmen to about 10 Hindu leaders today, from whom the administration had withdrawn the gunmen a few days ago.
