Main accused in Jalandhar grenade blast arrested from Delhi

New Delhi: The main accused in the grenade blast case at BJP leader Manoranjan Kalia’s residence in Jalandhar has been arrested from Delhi, Punjab Police officials said.

The accused, Saidul Amin, a resident of Amroha in Uttar Pradesh, was apprehended in a joint operation by Jalandhar Commissionerate Police, central agencies, and Delhi Police.

“In a major breakthrough in the Jalandhar grenade attack case, Jalandhar Commissionerate Police, in collaboration with central agencies and Delhi Police, has successfully arrested Saidul Amin from Delhi,” Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav said.
