Major reshuffle in Punjab Police amid anti-drug drive
Chandigarh: In a significant administrative move, the Punjab government has ordered a major reshuffle in the police department as part of its ongoing campaign against drugs.
The Home Department announced the transfer of 97 IPS officers, the majority of whom are Superintendents of Police (SPs).
In addition, 65 Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs) have also been shifted.
