Model Town Mobile Market Association President Duggal exposes fake beggar

Jalandhar News: Rajiv Duggal, President of the Model Town Mobile Market Association, confronted and exposed a man pretending to be handicapped while begging in Model Town.

The man, accompanied by a female partner, was reportedly acting disabled to deceive people for money.

Upon being confronted by Duggal, the man immediately apologized. A passerby recorded the incident, showing the beggar, who had been using crutches, suddenly running after Duggal reprimanded him.

Duggal warned the pair that legal action would be taken if they continued to beg in the area.

Duggal’s actions have been widely praised by local shopkeepers and residents for maintaining integrity in the community.
