MP Arora has asked people to follow preachings of Lord Ram
MP (Rajya Sabha) Sanjeev Arora has asked people to follow preachings of Lord Rama if they wish to see establishment of “Ram Rajya”.
Arora said this after participating in a religious function held at Shri Dandi Swami Golok Dham, Hambran Road, Ludhiana here this morning. A total of 101 havan yajnas have been organised there from January 18-22 to celebrate to celebrate ‘Pran Pratishtha’ at Ayodhya’s Ram temple. Arora along with his wife Sandhya Arora was among those who participated in the havan yajna. He spent more than an hour in this religious and spiritual ceremony.
Later, in an informal chat with the media persons, Arora recalled Lord Rama and Ramayana. He said among things to learn from Lord Ram’s history are respect for parents, love for siblings, sacrifice and stay away from evil deeds. He said people should start implementing the preaching of Lord Rama from their home because every good work begins from the home. He said once people started this practice then the time is not far away when real `Ram Rajya’ will be established across the country.
Arora said he felt very much happy and enthused after participating in the today’s programme. He said he felt a sigh of relief and calm after participating in havan yajna which was performed with full religious rituals and mantras. He appreciated the organisers for organising this event.
He was honoured and offered `prasad’ on the occasion.
Among others, Mukesh Jain (Bittu Navkar), a leading personality of the city was also present.
